The interview was pretty relaxed. I was able to shadow the unit for a couple hours and then I interviewed with the Assistant Nurse Manager. It was maybe 5-6 questions

Interview
Several steps to even get a phone interview. They take a while to call you back, then you have to go through a video interview, phone interview, and a 1:1 interview in person. Even if you get to the 1:1, definitely no guarantee for getting the job.
