Interview
The interview process was relatively quick. It started with a phone interview with HR then a face to face interview with the department supervisors. Overall it was an average interview. Everyone i spoke to was very nice.
I had three video interviews. This was after having three phone interviews. The process was slower than most other places I interviewed. They took their time finding the right candidate. They offered me the position but were unable to come up in hourly rate from an offer I had at another competitor. They offer was $5 less an hour.

Interview
1:1 or 1:2 face to face interview with a couple of supervisors managing each department. Briefly go over the job duties and ask questions about exposure and experiences in the field. weigh highly on trauma and OR experiences.
