Applied online and had an on-campus interview. Was taken to dinner as an icebreaker the night before the interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was very conversational and relaxed. No difficult or complex questions mostly me asking questions about responsibilities and future at the firm .

I answered a couple of behavioral questions and regular conversation with a manager and the main partner. The whole process took an hour. I had an offer letter by the weekend.
