A basic interview comprising of behavioral questions as well as situational questions ("what would you do if..."). The hiring manager's question also tested for your ability to handle customer complaints and your ability to handle stress when volumes are high, for example

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
