I interviewed through a recruiter and the process is quick and seamless. The hiring manager was nice and asked a few technical questions that I guess was highly relevant for the job which I did not have the specific hands-on experience that speaks to that. I wasn't offered but I was informed they were looking for someone with more technical experience. The recruiter called my references which I hope they would have called after an offer was decided rather than so early in the process.
