I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2011
Interview
I applied on-line for a Costumer Service Representative position and received a phone call a couple of days later to set up a time for a formal phone interview. The lady told me that It will be a "behavoral interview" so I googled the term just to be prepared. The interview consisted basically in about 6 questions regarding situations with clients and general job situations, I had to provide examples and explain how I managed each case. The intervier was very professional and friendly.

Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
