I applied online. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Hamilton, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online and they contacted me after 2 weeks for a phone interview. A lot of the questions she asked were very redundant (she even skipped some because I indirectly answered them in the previous questions) so after a while it felt very repetitive. It was supposed to be 30 mins long but ended up being 45 mins long. She said she will email me within one week whether I made it to the in-person interview and to contact her if I don't get a reply by then. I emailed her after a week and no reply. then after 2 weeks they finally sent the rejection email.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
