the interview process with BMO was a positive experience. Interview process was short and to the point. All interviewes were cordial and professional. mostly soft skills were tested to see if the candidate can be fitted into the team

3 step Process-
1 with recruiter or HR and 2 with hiring manager. Previously it was only 1 interview but now sometimes they ask the candidate to present business case

I met with a Program Manager and Director, the questions were related to the project and working relationship with previous project managers. Interview was virtual(Microsoft Teams) and it lasted for less than 30 minutes
