The director the the deptartment made me come in for Multiple interviews with various managers that rolled up to him instead of panel interview. What was annoying was having to commute twice and being asked the same questions by managers which made it appear like they didn't communicate with each other.

Interview process where you talk about your experience within compensation and data and learn about BMO’s. You interview with manager and two other consultants within the BU. Very pleasant experience, you get to ask as many questions as you want at the end of the interview. Recruiters get back to you quickly.
