BMO Financial Group Associate -Everyday Banking interview questions

You have about 2 or 3 stages depending on the department that needs you. You have one on one interview once you pass that stage you move into a group interview and the recruiter will pick some people from the group.

First and foremost there was a video Interview, in which you had to describe yourself. Afterwards a phone Interview was conducted, it described the position and if i was a fit for it. Finally an In-person Interview with scenario specific situational questions.
