BMO Financial Group Software Engineer Intern interview questions

Interview was very pleasant. The managers did a great job of making the interview feel more like a conversation than an interrogation, which can sometimes happen during technical interviews. There were no intense programming problems, just a high level conversation about how you approach problems and come up with solutions.

I was asked a couple of behavioural interview questions about past projects I had done and teamwork. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that my technical skills didn't align with the position, so I didn't get the role.
