Odd and short. I did not like it. The guy was really stuffy and was throwing out stupid hypothetical situations at me. He was upset that I wasn't dressed with a dress shirt and tie. I'm honestly amazed I got that job at all. They must be really desperate or something.

I had a smooth process, kind interviewers but difficult questions that I had not prepared for unfortunately. This was my first job so I did not have any previous relevant experience

Interview
Well, the person that I was supposed to interview with was not there and was running late. Was ready to leave after waiting almost an hour. She seemed very unorganized like she wasn’t expecting me for an interview.
The interview process at BMO Harris Bank was extremely thorough and professional. The follow up before and after the interview was very courteous. I recommend sending 'thank yous' as it adds a personal touch.
