Check website dailly towards end of day and even Sat. for openings. Takes 2-8 weeks after close out to hear anything. Once you get an e-mail to come to a cattle call (my location had 300 apply 50 were invited and 30 showed up. The first hour is about how bad the newbees would be treated(if you weren't working,you would be on call 24/7 365 the first 3-5 years.After the first break 25 people returned. Next we took mechnical test and hazmat id. We lost a few more after that. After lunch was Psyc. test and then drug test.At end of day 15-18 folks interviewed for 15 opening that was reduced to 10. I was there for nearly 12 hours.

Sat in a room with a couple people from HR. They asked the most bland canned questions you can imagine. Seems like this step had little to do with questions and more to do with feeling out candidates.

Quick and easy over zoom was a woman and a train master doing the interview . Just simple questions about your past employment history among other things. That is all the interview was about
