Phone interview. First panel interview. Second panel interview. Executive interview. The people on the panel were directly related to the potion, which was good. The final one on one was with an executive that I'd be supporting and was at a nice casual setting. I felt that the process was thorough.

Interview
The hiring process is very lengthy. I was first interviewed by phone with the VP of the Department. Following that, I had a panel interview. There was a follow up in person interview with HR, and then another phone interview by a co-worker. After the offer, it took me six weeks to get through background checks and the physical. In all, I was in the interview and hiring process for four months.
