BNSF Railway Management Trainee - Engineering interview questions

It was a digital interview, and I thought the whole pre recorded interview process was very nice and organized. I will say I wish there was more prep time for each question, that way I can prepare a little more on how to answer the question.

I applied online, and was sent a link to complete a personality test. I was then sent an email informing me of passing and moving on to the next step which was a Hirevue. After about a week or so (It was during Thanksgiving, so communication was delayed), I was sent a hiring event interview link for the final round of interviews.
