Met a recruiter at Texas A&M University, spoke with the gentlemen for little bit, gave him my resume and did not think much of it. About 3 weeks later I received a e-mail inviting me to a two day interview/assessment process event in Fort. Worth, TX. They flew us down, put in a really nice hotel and all of our expenses were paid for. One They one, we arrived around 8am for an informational and then we took a skill test/assessment test(which you have to pass in order to make it to day two),) After the assessment we were broken up in smaller groups (depending on which dept you applied for.). We then were able to ask more question and get more information about the position it's self. After we were done in our groups we re-grouped as a whole and ate dinner. This was a time for us to mingle and relax. After dinner we found out if we passed the assessment and if we were going to move on to the next round. If you made it, you signed for a time slot for an interview, if you fail (only 4 out of 60 failed) you were sent packing.
Depending on you interview time you either had a long day for a short day. all you had was in interview and you were free to go. It was fun, I was interviewed by three individuals, but it wasn't too intimidating .
Know your resume, they will ask you question about it.
