It was a first HR screening with a following call of 30 minutes with a VP and a senior associate. The initial call was very easy and the lady was kind and gave me immediately a response, the last interview was still approachable but a bit more serious.

Phone screen, two back to back interviews (one with recruiters, one with upper management in Asset Servicing). It was behavioral, not any technical questions. Might ask about excel if anything.

3 interviews. You get invited to an interview Super day and that's how they choose if you progress to the next round. Once you move forward, you will be sent an offer letter to join by HR. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.
