Very Quick and simple interview. The manager seemed pretty desperate to hire someone for the open req. The interview was only about 10 minutes and I got an offer the following day.

Interview
I sent my resume to a third party (oxford solutions) and they were able to set me up with an interview. The interview went very well, I felt like I was simply having a conversation with them. Make sure to ask a lot of questions because they seemed to enjoy that I was very interested in learning a lot about the company from their perspective.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BNY (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was hired at first through a temp agency and then eventually brought on full-time. Interview for the temp position was pretty easy though the interviewee called me out once directly that he did not like my answer to the question about a weakness. Very blunt. There was one woman who ended up being my immediate manager and one man who is her manager though I work now with each of them on a daily basis. The weirdest part was that the two interviewees were clad in Pittsburgh Pirates gear and I was in a suit which certainly felt a little awkward.

Easiest interview I have ever had, If you think that you're going to need to rehearse think otherwise because you are basically picked based off of your resume. I was basically just explained what the job would entail and what they do on that floor
