Simple yet engaging. Being an outstation candidate I was interviewed over the phone initially. Upon selection I was called physically to be present for HR round. Post that I went through Operations round finally to be followed by HR personnel meeting for negotiation and explaining other benefits thereby handing over the position and offer. The officials at BNY primarily look for your team bonding skills, experience in the same field to be preferred and your loyalty with the Organization in future. Simple and calm approach does the job while being interviewed. Better communication skill is a bonus and the mandate is to have a sound knowledge of market terminologies if not in detail or depth.
