First there was a phone tech with the hiring manager. This moved to an onsite interview day (5 hours) that included meetings with senior technologists and delivery of a custom presentation that I developed for the Head of Sales and his team. The next phase was an onsite delivery of custom cloud technology demonstrations and a meeting with the CTO. Lots of prep work. I was sent away from this phase by HR with the task of choosing a health plan and some other paper work while they took a few days to get back to me. I was then completely and utterly "ghosted" for an additional five weeks and counting. No rejection, no acceptance, no response by any HR or hiring manager representatives to any of my inquiries for an update. Not even a form letter. I've never come across anything more unprofessional in my career. Oddly, it had been a very nice experience with super people up until then....
