I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was referred by an employee who forwarded my information to a recruiter. I had a 15-min. phone interview with the recruiter, an in-person with another recruiter, a separate in-person with the hiring manager and associate, and 2 back-to-back phone interviews with members of the team. The interviewing process took ~2weeks.

Question 1
Can you describe some of your past duties in your last few roles as they relate to this job title?
Interviewed with potential boss and two others in the department. For a large corp, the interviews were surprisingly straight forward- asking about experience. No behavioral questions. Just asking if I had experience doing expense reports, how many people I've supported, doing travel arrangements, etc.
Extremely smooth interview process, HR always available for follow up question, appointment on time, great meeting room, HR ready to answer any questions about the company (very sound knowledge of processes, people, vision, etc)

Quick and simple, be yourself and have Microsoft suite level knowledge. Be personable and jot down good notes for a follow up with a thank you email to get the ball rolling.
