Simple. Interviewed with HR, then a peer associate, the hiring manager and then the hiring director. Asked questions about prior work experience, why BNY Mellon and examples of applying audit procedures.
Standard interview - your typical genetic questions. Asked how I got into Audit and what specifically do I love about the job / department. In person interview, everyone was dressed nicely, 2 rounds of interview
