Easy-going, stress-free, and overall great experience. If you are honest and can be yourself, hopefully the recruiter can see your capabilities and determination. Showcasing how you extremely eager to work without begging for a position is key.

Interview
Nothing out of the ordinary. Was called by HR about 5 days after I applied to set up an in person interview at their King of Prussia office 1 week later. The interview itself was pretty much just two hiring managers describing the job to me and what it would entail on a daily/weekly basis. They were really laid back and nice people.
There are Four people from two group gave me two rounds interview.
Basic behavior questions. No very professional questions.
Be prepared for the basic knowledge about fund transaction, because they will describe the job function for you. Do not act like you don't know anything about what they do.
