Intro call with HR, then interviews with four of the guys on the team. For the final round, the guy didn't even join the call and BNY didn't give any way to contact them. Recruiter didn't respond to any inquiry. Didn't even get a rejection email, just saw the position filled on a recruiting website. The people seem decent, but BNY doesn't even try to hide how little they care about applicants - absolute mess of a process.
