I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BNY in Oct 2015
Interview
I did an initial phone screen and then another interview on Apple FaceTime with the Senior Wealth Director. Unfortunately I did not get the job due to the fact I am graduating in December and they are looking to hire right away. Overall the interview was not particularly difficult. They just asked me about my work experience I listed on my resume, let me know about the job requirements etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I was good with handling things under pressure as sometimes you may be unexpectedly asked to get done presentations on a very short notice.
First step wast an introductory call with HR. Then there were in person meetings with three Wealth Directors and the Sales Associate Team lead, all for 30 minutes. More of a conversation style interview process.

Question 1
Why do you want to get into wealth management? Why would you be a good sales associate? What do you know about financial markets?
I applied online. I interviewed at BNY (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Why would they ask sexual orientation, marital status, children status? Not necessary and put my interest off. It actually asks these questions in the initial application, so do with that what you will
