First there is 15 minute zoom interview to get to know you better. If they like what you have to say, you will be invited to join two 30 minute zoom meetings back to back to be interviewed by two different people.

Interview
3 interviews, first was personality (about 20 minutes), second and third were about two weeks later on the same day - the first personality the second technical (both 30 minutes and back to back). My guy for the third interview was super relaxed and we spent the most time talking about random stuff which was lucky. I got an email asking for a quick meeting where they informed me I got the internship - this was about two weeks after the second and third interview. So the whole process took like four weeks. Once I received the offer, I was given two weeks to accept or they would rescind.

Question 1
The first interview asked walk me through your resume, why BNY Mellon, why finance, etc. Second interview asked when was a time... such as when was a time where a team member wasn't carrying their weight and how did you deal with it, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, teamwork examples, more company fit questions. Interview three was technical, they asked about pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, experience with Excel. I found the technical questions to be straight and simple. The interview itself was easy, just study up on the company because they LOVED when I talked about their new projects and their core values.
