1. Recruiter Screen. This was fine but didn't know anything about the process. Said he was picking up his co-worker's work. 2. Video Call Interview. No introductions or tell me about yourself. There were supposed to be two interviewers. Only one showed up on time. The on-time just started asking questions and asked me to share my screen. I was not told how this interview would be conducted despite asking the recruiter. But blindly expecting me to share my screen was so unprofessional. The whole interview was tense. The late interviewer tried to play good cop but was more prescriptive than anything else. Telling me what I should focus on without knowing my career goals.
