Interview
Applied online, was then called two days later for an interview in three days. The interview was with two managers, standard open process: "name a time when you underperformed, when you have influenced someone." They didn't contact me for a month and a half and then offered me the job.
Good experience , the interview was tough and too technical . Multiple rounds were conducted. Overall it was seamless and worth it. BNY MELLON has a great history to talk on.
15-minute screening and then 2 30-minute full interviews. Felt conversational and asked standard bevavioral questions, such as "tell me about a time when you've led a project" etc.
I did not have to take any technical screenings as I was interviewing for the People Team.
