I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BRG (Washington, DC) in Jun 2012
Interview
Very professional and personable people working at BRG. Office setup is typical of a successful consulting firm with war rooms, formal conference rooms, cubicles, and offices. Office environment is full of energy and collaboration. Many social activities if that is your thing. First several interviews were over the phone. In person, I interviewed with one of the executives of the company even though I was being considered for a lower level position. The interview was not something I was told about, however it was much more a conversation of experiences and why BRG would be a good fit for me. Interview lasted nearly 1.5 hours, mostly because the conversation was flowing. Very informal, not any listed questions but it was apparent there were undertones of inquisition and validation.

The interview process was Multiple rounds. One initial interview for one hour and then a super day interviewing with 4 people, a case study on both sessions. People were personable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BRG in Aug 2023
Interview
Recruiting/interview process was generally dysfunctional and substandard compared to industry peers. Surprisingly unprofessional treatment by HR staff. Cannot recommend, although individual experience may differ depending on which specific practice/group is involved.
