Had screening calls with a VP and then an HR leader. Was invited to do a super day, which included an excel test and 30 minute interviews with people at the same level, VPs, and MDs.
Most questions were very straight forward. Why do you want to work here, what’s your experience, etc. Overall meet with 8 people but with that short of time windows, it felt like kind of a joke and that it is interviewing based on snap judgements rather than really trying to get to know someone. 1 MD spent most of his time looking at his email during the interview and another person didn’t show up to their time slot.
After the super day, despite me following up, not a single person from the company responded letting me know I didn’t get the position. Feels unprofessional after spending 8 hours with an experienced candidate to not give them the courtesy to know they weren’t selected.
