First Round was all behavioral. Asking how I would respond in certain situations regarding the workplace and what previous experiences I have that would allow me to excel. Nothing out of the ordinary.
First round interview (on Zoom) is all behavioral apart from a small case study. Superday (in person) consists of 4 interviews, 3 are behavioral and one is a case study.

It was a two staged process - both covered aspects of hr, my research interniships and hobbies. The interviewers were very supportive. It was a wonderful experience. They responded very quickly at each stage regarding the results and shortlisted candidates.
