Interview
The recruiter was very nice and sweet for the first round. There were not many questions, but a lot confirmation on the coursework that would be very helpful for the work at BRG. The experts during the second round were very hard on excel skills, whether you use Macros, VBA. They value financial analysis a lot.

The interview was mostly behavioral. We talked in detail about my past experiences, the projects and responsibilities listed on my resume, and how I approached different challenges. They also asked a few statistics questions to understand my technical background and how I apply statistical concepts in real situations.

Interview
The interview process was one hour long consisting of two thirty minute sessions with seniors. There was a lot of emphasis on technical abilities and relevant experience. There was also behavioral.
One round on campus interview, behavioral, 30 min. Super day in person in office, eight 30 min interviews including behavioral, Excel Test and case study. Prior to the super day had a casual banquet at the office to get to know everyone.
