Standard rounds ... starting with the HR, then to the leadership. The interview 1st round was mostly to understand my background and strengths and to determine potential fit. At the leadership level, it was more about their target segment of growth and what kind of business they plan to develop. During my discussion I found that BTS operates mainly as cooperative silos with no real leverage of their global practices. Yes, they can tap into different business groups for help, but in reality there was no real shared resources ... at least not what I had thought or had understood from my discussions with both the HR and leadership. The people sounded good, but the firm didn't seem to be a large firm, but rather independent silos that worked separate from each other.
