BTS Strategy Consultant interview questions

The first interview was over the phone for about 1 hour and it was a really nice smooth interview. The recruiter liked my background and decided to refer me for the second round of interviews. In this process everything got messy. The recruiter went ghost for about 3 weeks, I had 2 Skype interviews with the management after about 2 weeks from the first interview. After this second round everyone disappeared, I didn't heard back from anyone for more than a week. I sent a second email to the recruiter to follow up and then he told me I had not been selected. I thank him for the opportunity and asked him for a feedback so that I could learn where to get better but he never replied. The interview process is nice but is extremely long and all the people involve are very unresponsive, they can disappear for 2 or 3 weeks without a word and they have no consideration with the time and effort you put in the interview process what so ever.

Phone Screening followed by behavioral skype interview. Really terrible! Do not recommend they are disrespectful of time and hired candidates month before responding to those who had interviewed twice. Total process took two months and I made it too last round.
