Interview
Overall, took three weeks for a phone screen, six in-person interviews, and an offer to be extended. In-person interviews included four IT employees and two business sponsors. Basic behavioral interview discussions along with typical discussion of long term career goals ("Tell me where you want to be in five years...").

Question 1
Review a case study for a reporting application and facilitate user discovery session.
The interview process was very standard. 4 rounds. Met with each member of the team that I would be working with. Mostly behavioral, oddly enough.
They asked about technical experience but did not seem to require a technical round.
