I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Washington, DC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Two thirty minute on campus interviews, second round at the office of choice. The two formats were the same for both, but the second round was with Partners at the firm instead of other consultants who were flown in for the first round interview at the college. The interviewers were very nice and helpful--fit portion was pretty lacking in both interviews.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
