Interview for Consultant role (post-MBA) in the US.
2 rounds of interviews:
- First round consisted of two case interviews with Managers, with short 'fit' conversations preceding them. This stage was office agnostic. I heard back about my results in 1-2 days.
- Second round was one fit interview, and two case interviews, all with Partners from my target office. I heard back about my results after 1 week.
Note that the format of the second round interviews is somewhat dictated by the target office.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
