I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bain & Company (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The case interview process is demanding and rigorous. They evaluate how you think and approach interesting business problems. While you have to prepare extensively for it, it's a good opportunity to work through a challenging problem with your interviewer, and ultimately show how smart and engaging you are.

Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
