I didn't get a case study, but it was only first round. I had two 30 min personality questions and history questions. The first guy didn't seem to want to be there but second had much more energy. I have not heard back yet and it has been two weeks.

Very down to earth and relaxed interview. Obviously cared about their employees. Very interested in who I was as a person, and interested in characteristics rather than academics, generally speaking. Nothing negative to report.
