Super long interview process. I think 5 or 6 rounds across 3 months. Kind of had to bully the recruiter into getting back to me. Sometimes more than 2 weeks between responses.
First I had a phone screening. Followed by an informal interview with the branch manager and several other Client Specialist team members. Last, an interview with the financial team I would be working with. All were welcoming and the process was laid back.
Interview call with a recruiter, walked through my resume. Discussed the position, the company as a whole, and the salary range. Relaxing interview call, she answered all my questions about the position.
