I applied online. I interviewed at Baird (Milwaukee, WI) in Sep 2020
Interview
Phone screen, Technical interview, and then Super Day.
Initial phone screen was behavior while the Super Day contained a ton of challenging brain teasers and technical questions. ~5 interviews for the Super Day (all virtual).

Question 1
Valuation - Walk me through DCF, rank the valuation methods and their pros/cons, etc.
Brain teaser - How many Subway sandwiches could fit on a football field? Estimate the volume of Lake Michigan.
Behavioral - Why Baird? Why equity research? Why [location]?
I think everyone gets a Hirevue, and then they move a couple handfuls onto a Phone call interview with an analyst that is mostly behavioral and some brain teasers, Competency test that has math and writing questions, and then a superday if you get one

Asked about resume, experiences, and why ER? Brain teaser about how many subway sandwiches could fit in a school bus
The first round of Zoom interviews was conducted in late September, followed by an in-person Superday. The first round of interviews was very conversational, with a brain teaser that was focused around the interviewer's area of expertise.
