It was Simple - they had a manager and partner and human resources rep present. They were friendly and open to all my questions. The Whole interview took approx 30 minutes and was similar to any other interviews.

Offer but overall process was very smooth. Overall environment is good and helpful. Interviews held in three sessions.
Team is cooperative and help a lot the new staff and management take into consideration the overall experience level of staff.
