Applied with a cover letter and my CV I think there was also some questions on the application. I then got sent an online assessment and then got a call from HR asking some questions

Asked about my CV, why the service line I chose, and why Baker Tilly
very friendly staff, put you at ease during interview.
They introduce you to current graduate students who are very nice but be careful because they are probably watching what you say, and giving their opinions.
