I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Baker Tilly in Oct 2020
Interview
I had a short 10 min. meeting with an employee at a career fair. She recommended me to the recruiter, and we had a 30 min phone interview. She was polite, professional, and asked a lot of behavioral questions. She then recommended me to a final interview with firm partners/directors, where we had a 60 min conversation. It was very relaxed and seemed more like making sure I was the right fit rather than asking questions.

Question 1
Provide an example of a situation where you had to overcome an obstacle to solve a problem.
Two phone screens. Never heard anything for two months. Finally got an answer after i reached out multiple times. Process was kind of unorganized. People were generally pretty nice. Was disappointed in the end result.
