I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very conversational and light, talked about the position but was not overly intimidating. Be prepared for answering "Why this company" and be ready to talk about research findings (not that they explicitly ask what you know, but it's good to know the company you're applying for)
Very simple, initial behavorial interview, then final round consists of back to back 30 min interviews, only behavioral. If you prepare you will do great, make sure to do your research on the interviewers.
It was all behavioral and it consisted of questions regarding your resume and past internships and what you hope to get out of it if given an offer to work for them.

Question 1
Tell me about why you want to do public accounting.
Very interesting. I wasn't really asked any real questions apart from about my grades. Very conversational, I led the conversation for the most part, so I was kind of worried they had already made up their mind.
