Screening Phone Call: They started the call by checking whether or not I was okay with working an in-office role with a degree of remote flexibility.
Gave a rundown of the posted job description, the nature of the team I would be on, and broke out some of the soft/technical skills they seek in candidates. Explained some of the internal tools they use.
Asked me about my background.
Explained the next steps being a 30-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager after they finished processing other candidates in the screening process.
After the phone screening, they immediately sent a “Get to know Bandwidth” email that talked about their benefits and some information about the corporate culture.
