Got call from HR manager and did phone interview (this is pretty standard). After that we setup onsite interview. Onsite I met with multiple people from managers and other HR personnel. There were not any hard or tricky questions asked. Overall pretty laid back and friendly. Couple odd things: - HR personnel was late and instead of admitting it they made up some bs excuse (everyone is late, we are humans, it it ok) - After sending thank you letter to a HR and getting reply that " we will respond by the end of the week," nobody ever replied. (PLEASE, do not tell this to people if you have no intentions to reply) The little things counts the most. I was actually glad that I did not get an offer. I am working now for company that actually valued my thank you response.
