Process was uneven. The panel and even the manager wasn’t sure what skill sets they needed. They think they are Amazon, to have 5 interviews in a day. But don’t know what to do with the time. One of the PMs who interviews me had nothing to talk about. He ended up discussing the NC weather :) They suddenly sprung up a practical round, which was not on the cards or ever discussed. Knew by then that this place isn’t for me. Run as far away as possible
