First a phone screen from an HR person followed by a 3 hour onsite. The onsite was a disaster! First, the HR person gave me a time to show up for the interview, which I had in an email, but they called me 30 minutes early and asked where I was at. Then on to the interview. They basically take you into a small room where you go over a few details of your resume followed by a whiteboard session for about an hour. Then another person comes in and repeats the process. Finally, a third person does the same. All the questions are something a new college grad could answer as they sound like exam question that take you 30 minutes to do. If you've been working out in the real world a few years, you'll probably have issues answering the questions.
Afterwards, you can tell if you did well or not as the HR person briskly walks you to the door for your exit.
The final straw is that once you have been rejected, the recruiter will not return your calls or emails if you ask for feedback. Very unprofessional.
