Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Experience I had a very poor experience with this company’s hiring process. They conducted three interview rounds over nearly 1.5 months, only to later indicate a preference for candidates from a specific location, which should have been communicated upfront. This resulted in a significant waste of time for the candidate. The HR coordination was extremely unprofessional. Interview scheduling often took 15–20 days, with little to no proactive communication or updates. Follow-ups were either delayed or ignored, making the process unnecessarily frustrating.
